Portlogics is hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to manage daily finance and accounting operations, including monthly closing and financial reporting. The role supervises AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation, monitors cash flow, tax and financial compliance, and leads the Finance & Accounting team. Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is required.

Job Description

Manage daily Finance & Accounting operations and monthly closing
Prepare & review financial reports and statements
Supervise AR, AP, GL & bank reconciliation
Monitor cash flow, tax & financial compliance
Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team
Improve internal controls, accounting processes & reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
2-3 years of Finance & Accounting experience
Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager level
Good understanding of Indonesian Taxation
Proficient in both English and Indonesian
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP/Accounting systems
Experienced in logistics/freight forwarding
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
